I'm a mom of three — a 4-year-old, a 2-year-old, and a brand new 3-month-old — living in Wyoming with my husband Lazar, doing my best to raise kids who know what boredom feels like, what dirt feels like, and what it feels like to wait for something worth waiting for.

I homeschool. We're pretty intentional about screens in our house — not because we have it all figured out, and definitely not because my kids haven't seen Moana approximately four hundred times — but because I think about what I want childhood to feel like for them and I try to build toward that. Some days I nail it. Some days everyone is watching something so I can feed the baby in peace. That's just honest.

What I know for sure is that I want my kids to have things worth remembering. Things that required something of them. Things that arrived in the mail.
